Annie Neal is a senior investment associate who focuses on investing and managing capital on behalf of GKFF. Prior to joining GKFF, Neal was a senior associate on the private credit team at Partners Group, where she underwrote, executed and monitored sponsor-backed direct lending investments. Before that, she worked on the healthcare banking team at BOK Financial, where she structured and managed commercial loans for senior housing operators. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Neal enjoys travel, golf, craft projects and spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
