In 2009 GKFF sponsored a series of community visioning sessions to create a plan for the future development and revitalization of the Brady Arts District. Residents, business owners, property owners, city planners, artists and others joined together to create a vision to help guide the development of the Brady neighborhood. In March 2010, the Brady Arts District Small Area Plan was unveiled. It provides development guidelines that ensure the area maintains its authenticity as an arts district with historic character.
